Gender Mainstreaming
The Action Plan is a companion document to the new Medium-Term Strategy 2014-2021 (37 C/4) and the Programme and Budget 2014-2017 (37 C/5) and aims to operationalize the priorities and objectives in those strategic documents in order to ensure that there is a comprehensive and coherent approach to the promotion of gender equality within UNESCO and with the Member States.
