The AMCOW 2020 Annual Report covers the programme process activities carried out by AMCOW during the period. AMCOW, like other organisations, will never forget the year 2020, when the COVID-19 pandemic rocked the way we live and work. It impacted AMCOW's budget and work plan for this year, and for more than four months, some of our staff returned home to work virtually across different time zones. However, we learned a lot of lessons from these changes. The new working conditions highlighted the values of global diversity and our staff improved their virtual working.
