AMCOW Secretariat initiated and developed the first edition of its briefing notes after the 9th World Water Week in Dakar, Senegal when it celebrated the 20th Anniversary of the Council. The briefing note documents AMCOW's events at statutory consultations and participation in global affairs. The primary audience of this report includes AMCOW's Ministers, the Governing Council members and other donor and development partners.
