This document reports on the mid-term evaluation of the Institutional Strengthening (ISS) project of the African Ministers' Council on Water (AMCOW). The four-year project supported by the Swedish International Development Cooperation Agency (SIDA) aims to enable AMCOW to provide a high-level platform to push the water agenda forward at the continental, regional, and country levels, ultimately helping Member States to ensure sustainable management of water resources to address both poverty reduction and social development goals by 2030.
